Privacy Policy

1. Data controller

The controller is CFO4U Limited ("FinPro"), Reg. No. HE405621, 20 Nikou Nikolaidi, 4106 Agios Athanasios, Limassol, Cyprus. Privacy contact: info@finpro.com.cy (subject "PRIVACY REQUEST"). This policy follows the GDPR and Cyprus Law 125(I)/2018.

2. What data we collect

• Data you provide via forms (Request a Proposal, contact): name, work email, company, message.
• Assessment & tool data: answers, inputs and business information you enter, plus your acceptance of our disclaimer/terms.
• Report data: company name, contact name and email used to generate a report.
• Technical data: IP address, device/browser and usage data via cookies (see Cookie Notice).

We do not intentionally collect special-category data; please do not submit it.

3. Why we use it and lawful basis (GDPR Art. 6)

• Deliver the assessment/tool output and report you requested, contract / steps at your request (Art. 6(1)(b)).
• Respond to enquiries and proposals, steps at your request / legitimate interests (b/f).
• Aggregated benchmarking and methodology improvement, legitimate interests (f).
• Follow-up marketing about FinPro services, your consent (a); optional, opt-in only.
• Legal/accounting compliance, legal obligation (c).

Marketing is optional opt-in; withdrawing consent does not affect any service you requested.

4. How long we keep it

Enquiry/assessment data: 24 months from last contact. Client/engagement and accounting records: the period required by Cyprus law (typically 6–7 years). Marketing data: until you opt out. These retention periods are kept under review.

5. Who we share it with

Only with: (a) processors acting on our behalf under a data-processing agreement (hosting, email, analytics, payments); (b) professional advisers; (c) authorities where legally required; (d) a successor in a business transfer. We do not sell personal data.

6. International transfers

Where data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, we rely on an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards (e.g. EU Standard Contractual Clauses).

7. Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, and withdrawal of consent at any time. You may complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection (www.dataprotection.gov.cy). To exercise rights, email info@finpro.com.cy.

9. Security
