Terms of Use

1. Who we are

This website and the FinPro tools, assessments, reports and services are operated by CFO4U Limited (Reg. No. HE405621), 20 Nikou Nikolaidi, 4106 Agios Athanasios, Limassol, Cyprus ("FinPro", "we", "us"). "FinPro" is a trading name of CFO4U Limited. Contact: info@finpro.com.cy. By using the Site, any tool, assessment, calculator or report, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Nature of our services, no advice

FinPro provides operational and financial advisory, benchmarking and transformation services. We are not a licensed auditor, accountant, tax adviser, lawyer or regulated investment firm, and we provide no regulated investment, audit, assurance, tax or legal services. Nothing on the Site or in any output constitutes financial, accounting, audit, legal, tax or investment advice. Obtain independent professional advice before acting.

3. Illustrative figures, no guarantee

All scores, benchmarks, ranges, estimated savings, impact figures, recovery periods and investment estimates are illustrative and indicative only. They are derived from information you provide, general industry observations and FinPro's methodology; they are not audited statistics and may not reflect your circumstances. They are not a promise, guarantee, forecast, projection, valuation, or a measurement of any actual or current loss, gain or outcome. Actual results depend on your business size, sector, data quality, existing processes, execution and factors outside our control.

4. No reliance / your responsibility

You are solely responsible for evaluating suitability and for all decisions you make. You must not decide in sole reliance on any output from the Site. Use is at your own risk.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CFO4U Limited and its directors, employees and contractors accept no liability for any loss or damage, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, commercial, financial or operational, arising from use of, reliance on, or inability to use the Site or any output, including any inaccuracy, error or omission. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Cyprus or EU law (including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).

6. Tools, assessments and reports

Automated output depends on the accuracy of your inputs. Reports are confidential benchmarking documents for informational purposes only and remain subject to Sections 2–5.

7. Paid services, pricing and VAT

Prices shown (including the Diagnostic Assessment fee of €1,500) are indicative and, unless stated, exclusive of VAT. Display of a price is not a binding offer. The Diagnostic Assessment fee is a one-off charge for that service. A binding engagement for any further work is formed only by a separate written agreement signed by both parties, which governs its scope, deliverables, fees and payment.

8. Cancellation and right of withdrawal

Where you are a consumer contracting at a distance, you may have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under EU/Cyprus law. Where you expressly request a service to begin within that period and it is fully performed, the right may be lost and you may be charged for services provided. Specific cancellation/refund terms are set out in the signed engagement agreement.

9. No client relationship from Site use

Use of the Site, completion of any assessment, or receipt of any report does not create any advisory, professional, fiduciary or contractual relationship.

10. Third parties and intellectual property

References to third-party products are illustrative only and are not endorsements. All content, methodology, frameworks and scoring models are owned by or licensed to CFO4U Limited and may not be copied or reused without written permission. Trademarks belong to their owners.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version; continued use constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

Laws of the Republic of Cyprus; exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.
